Our Response:

In response to our clients' brief, we undertook a comprehensive redevelopment of the property. The project included the construction of a two-storey side extension and a single-storey rear extension, which significantly expanded the living space. We implemented new insulated floor and roof structures to enhance energy efficiency and comfort.

Additionally, new loft rooms were included into the design to maximise the available area. The redesigned home now features three spacious reception rooms and five luxurious bedrooms, three of which boast ensuite facilities. The ground floor accommodates a new kitchen and dining room, alongside a practical utility and boot room to meet the needs of a modern family. A feature oak staircase connects all three floors.

Given that this is a forever home, future-proofing the property was paramount. To support a comfortable living environment throughout the year, we installed a mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery (MVHR), enhancing both energy efficiency and indoor air quality. The result is a home that combines elegant design, luxurious living spaces and advanced functionality.
